No Tour fits for you? You want to be out with the Dogs longer? Just contact us and tell us what you have in mind and we see what we can do for you.

Thanks for understanding that we want to keep a high standard in dog care and we want to make sure that you as a client have a unique and unforgettable experience and therefore, we cannot take bigger groups (4 Persons+) at the moment.

We have great partner kennels we can recommend if you want to book an adventure as big groups

Dogs and safety come first!

We want to reserve to change or cancel bookings if the weather or other circumstances makes it necessary and the health of the dogs or yours as a client is not guaranteed. We have an age limit on 3years+ for children (children between 3-6 years are free on the sled).

Bookings which had to be canceled from our side will be repaid completely.

You have changed your mind?

No problem! You can cancel your booking by mail or telephone until three days before the booked Tour.

If you need to cancel your booking in less than three days before you will get 50% of the booking amount back.

The booking fee will not be refunded for booked tours that are not taken.

Vouchers are not exchangeable, cannot be exchanged for cash and lose their validity as indicated on the voucher.
